Traders with long ring fingers made up to 11 times the earnings of their counterparts. On average they made six times as much, and the legnth of their ring finger was as influential as their experience.

そうなる理由もある模様。母親のお腹の中にいた胎児の9週から18週の頃、子宮内にテストステロンというホルモンが多く出たことで、自信やリスク選好、粘り強さを増すと同時に、警戒心や反応を早くするといった性質に影響するようになったことが原因らしい。
